Responsible for Good Manufacturing Practice & Food Safety Management as stipulated in ISO 22000, HACCP & Halal Certification.
Manage the audit process to monitor the quality system and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
To maintain documents related to quality management system and liaising with the relevant regulatory bodies & customers in getting the plant audit ready.
Monitor all incoming raw material, process control & finished product testing.
Assist on the customer feedback, supplier correction action report, non-conforming report and audit finding by identifying the root cause and resolve with correct action.
To ensure production meets the required standards and specification.
Possess understanding and working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 and Halal.
Positive attitude & Self Motivated, Pleasant personality, Independent & able to perform multitask, Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office, Good communication.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Minimum 2 years experience in Food Manufacturing Industry.
